About this file
This is a template form used for conducting calibration equipment walk-through reviews at military facilities, specifically for Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). The template is designed to document inspections of calibrated equipment by a CBC Calibration Coordinator and Calibration POC/Hand Receipt Holder.
The form includes spaces to record equipment status categories (Active, CNR, CBU, CBO, Commercial, On-site), track changes in the Instrument Master Record File (IMRF) and G-4 LOG DIV Database, and document equipment inventory details including nomenclature, barcode, serial numbers, and discrepancies. The template emphasizes the customer's responsibility to review quarterly IMRF records and maintain proper equipment labeling, with provisions for equipment status changes (Active, CBU, CNR, CBO) based on specific needs. This appears to be a supporting technical exhibit for the broader Facilities Infrastructure and Logistics Operations Support Services contract at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
