About this file
This is Technical Exhibit B, which details the step-by-step process for submitting service orders through the Army Maintenance (ArMA) website system.
The document outlines four key steps: 1) Login to the ArMA website using a CAC card, 2) Select "Maintenance Support" from the service menu which includes 13 categories like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and others, 3) Complete required fields including location details, description of issue/request, contact information, and any attachments, and 4) Submit the order to receive a tracking number. The process includes G4 tracking of all service orders from initiation to completion with regular stakeholder updates. The system appears designed to manage facility maintenance requests for Army installations, with an emphasis on both routine maintenance and emergency services related to life, health, and safety issues.
