SOW Attachment IV - Printer Consumables List.xlsx

This file is a Printer Consumables List attachment to the Statement of Work for a federal contract opportunity with the FAA. The document contains a spreadsheet listing 750+ items of toner and printer consumables that will be supplied under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. The supplies will support the FAA's agency-wide printer consumable needs through the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Equipment and Supplies (SAVES) program.

The contract is reserved exclusively for small businesses under NAICS 325992 (Photographic Film, Paper, Plate, and Chemical Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The award will be made on a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to a single qualified small business contractor. The performance period extends five years total, consisting of one base year plus four one-year ordering periods. All offerors must maintain current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. This spreadsheet serves as the detailed product specification list that offerors must reference when developing their proposals and pricing responses.
