About this file
This file is a Statement of Work (SOW) attachment containing instructions and a template for CONUS (Continental United States) quote responses for printer consumables orders. The template establishes the standardized format that contractors must use when submitting quotes to the FAA for toner and printer consumable items ordered through the SOT (Service Order Tracking) system. Orders are consolidated daily in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and transmitted via email to the contractor, with responses required within two business days of receipt.
The quote response template requires contractors to populate columns M through R with pricing and fulfillment information, including MSRP list price, unit cost, extended cost, vendor information, delivery date, and tracking information. Columns A through L (line item, ship-to address details, product description, part number, quantity, and printer manufacturer) are pre-populated by the FAA and cannot be modified. For items that cannot be fulfilled, contractors must specify the reason in the designated column using one of six standardized statuses: discontinued, invalid, not available, restricted, back ordered (with estimated time of arrival), or out of stock (with estimated time of arrival). This template serves as the operational mechanism for processing and tracking printer consumable orders under the FAA's five-year IDIQ SAVES program contract vehicle, which encompasses approximately 750 items and is reserved for small businesses in NAICS code 325992.
