About this file
This document is Addendum No. 4 for Request for Proposals (RFP) 22-0615-02 issued by the Eastern New Mexico Water Utility Authority (ENMWUA) for the Finished Water 1 (FW1) Pipeline project. The addendum modifies multiple specification sections and drawings for a pipeline construction project involving approximately 15.5 miles of 39-inch diameter welded steel pipe, including various appurtenances such as air release valves, blowoff assemblies, isolation valve vaults, and pressure reducing vaults. The addendum includes revisions to technical specifications covering areas like backfill grouting, concrete, metal fabrications, pipe coating, electrical systems, and fiber optic conduit installation. The changes also incorporate updates to the Unit Price Tabulation Form and introduce supplemental documents related to the Build America, Buy America Act.
The addendum provides detailed modifications to the original RFP, including specification section changes, drawing updates, and supplemental documentation. The project involves multiple technical components with specific requirements for materials, installation methods, and quality control. The changes reflect adjustments to technical specifications, likely based on further engineering review or contractor feedback. Notable additions include supplements for Build America, Buy America Act compliance and a draft project waiver. The modifications appear designed to clarify technical requirements, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and provide more precise guidance for potential contractors bidding on the pipeline construction project.
