About this file
This document is an Addendum No. 2 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for energy design and construction services at Roxbury Community College. The RFP seeks proposals to provide design, construction, commissioning, warranty, data acquisition and reporting, and measurement and verification services for a base proposal consisting of 12 Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) and three Add Alternatives. The ECMs include lighting upgrades, HVAC system improvements, domestic water and sewer conservation measures, renewable energy systems such as geothermal heat pumps and solar water heating, and other facility upgrades. The RFP provides detailed information on the scope of work, drawings, and specification sections for each ECM.
The RFP requires proposers to review a previously completed energy and water feasibility study for the facility. Pricing terms, set-asides, funding requirements, and other salient details are not provided in this addendum, but would likely be included in the full RFP document. The contract will be awarded by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to the successful proposer to finalize design, procure, install, and commission the identified ECMs at Roxbury Community College.
