The purposes of this amendment are to:
1) Provide a copy of the Pre-Proposal Conference Briefing and Sign-in Sheet
2) Provide Attachment L7 – TOR 214-20 – Task Order Pricing Template – Revision 2
3) Provide Attachment L9 – TOR 214-26 – Task Order Pricing Template – Revision 2
4) Provide an answer to the following question:
Q: The Task Order Pricing Templates do not incorporate material pricing in any of the totals for overhead, G&A, profit, or taxes. Are they specifically designed to do this?
A: The Task Order Pricing Templates have been revised to incorporate material pricing. Additionally, they were revised as to the subtotal section to provide more clarity. See attached revised Task Order Pricing Templates. The revised Task Order Pricing Template for TOR 13-00 will be included in Amendment 0004. Because the Lab Renovation project is a sample project, the Government will provide the quantities for each line item as well as lump sum amounts for work that would be required to be done by Johnson Controls identified in the SOW. Offerors will then fill in the rest of the Task Order Pricing Template when they submit it in their proposal.
NOTE: It is the intent of the Government to provide answers to all questions and to provide as much clarity as possible for Offerors . All remaining questions are due by noon (ET) on Monday February 10th. All questions received by this time will be answered in Amendment 0004 which will be posted by COB Tuesday February 11th. For any questions that are late (submitted after noon (ET) on Monday February 10th) the Government may or may not provide a response. If the Government issues an amendment after February 11th which changes the solicitation or any attachments, the Government will likely extend the proposal due date depending on the extent of the change. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to submit their questions by noon (ET) on Monday February 10th. If an Offeror submits a question that is late and the Government does not provide a response, the Offeror shall not include that issue as an exception in their proposal.
