About this file
This document outlines malfunctions and systems requirements for the TH-73A Aircrew Training Services program. The Navy seeks a contractor to provide full-motion flight simulation to train pilots on the TH-73A helicopter. The performance work statement appendix specifies over 100 potential engine, flight control, electrical and avionics malfunctions to be simulated. It requires the ability to induce failures on individual aircraft instruments and indicators. The related solicitation is for the ground-based training system located at NAS Whiting Field, Florida to support the TH-73A aircraft.
