About this file
This document provides instructions for submitting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables under a Navy contract for an Advanced Helicopter Training System Ground Based Training System. Contractors must deliver CDRLs requiring government approval or acceptance to the requiring office listed in the solicitation, who will provide format and delivery method instructions. CDRLs are considered delivered upon government receipt of a DD Form 250, and approved upon receiving the form with an acceptance signature. For CDRLs submitted directly to the government's Integrated Data Environment, contractors must upload them in PDF or Excel/flat file format and are considered delivered upon successful posting, using the system time stamp as the official date. The document also outlines procedures for contractors to request user accounts for the government IDE site to electronically submit deliverables, including identifying personnel and having the government approve all account requests.
