About this file
This document outlines a solicitation for aircrew training services to support the TH-73A helicopter program at NAS Whiting Field in Florida. The Navy seeks a contractor to provide ground-based flight training devices, contractor instructional services, technical support, and program management. Key requirements include provision of up to twelve Level 7 full-mission simulators and six Level 6 part-task trainers over several years. The contractor must also supply instructor support ranging from 40 to 515 hours per week. The period of performance is five base years with four one-year option periods for additional support. The solicitation anticipates a single-award IDIQ contract with a 30% small business participation goal to a qualifying offeror. The closing date for proposals is 11 May 2020.
