Justification Replaced Equipment Monthly Summary Report: This is currently not a submital that NAVFAC requires. This submital should be added to Section F for such contracts as: HVAC, Fire Alarms, Generators, Elevators and any other contract where the contractor is replacing government equipment. This will allow for a more accurate building inventory list when the new contract is being solicited and will also allow for the FMS's to keep a more accurate inventory list.
