About this file

This document contains a monthly labor summary report template and information about a related federal contract opportunity for emergency generator maintenance and repair services. The labor summary report template requires contractors to submit monthly reports detailing the number of hours worked by prime contractors and subcontractors on both firm fixed price and IDIQ contract line items. It is intended to provide contracting officers with necessary details to close out trouble ticket records in the MAXIMO work order system.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command to provide preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance and repair services for multiple emergency generators located at the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, Connecticut. The requirement includes all necessary labor, transportation, supervision, materials, and equipment. The single award IDIQ contract would have a base period of 12 months and four additional 12-month option periods, though only the base period is guaranteed.

Justification The Trouble Call Summary report: This format gives all the important information needed for the PAR's to be able to close out the MAXIMO numbers at the end of the month. It would be beneficial to even make this due weekly to reduce the backlog in MAXIMO. This should be a submittal for any contract that has Trouble Calls.
