Minimum residual during daily demand - 40 psi. Minimum residual during daily demand and design flow to building or structure - 30 psi.
Minimum residual during daily demand, design flow and hose stream - 20 psi.
185 Part 6 – Attachments N/A In Part 6, Chapter E of the Statement of Work (SOW), the Sewer and Water Load Estimates table lists a Sewage Load in gallons per day for each building.
This load is based on the occupancy count of the building and a designated flow factor based on occupants per shift. Is the number of occupants given per shift? How many shifts per day?
What is the duration of each shift?
186 Part 3 – Project Program ; Part 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3; Chapter 6 – Engineering Systems Requirements (ESR);
Section D40 Fire Protection; Section D4020 Fire Suppression Water Supply and Equipment
N/A Section D4020 Fire Suppression Water Supply and Equipment shows the hydrant flow test summary but states that hydraulic calculations must be based upon a water flow test performed no more than 6 months prior to submission of the calculations. The hydrant flow test information provided is from July of 2019.
Will this information be acceptable to use for the Basis of Design and Proposal?
The flow test information provided within D4020 by AE1 is for bidding purposes. The statement within D4020 requires the successful DB contractor to perform additional flow tests within 6 months of their required shop drawing calculations & design submittals.

HQ SITE PLAN
C1? Is the contractor responsible for clearing and grubbing the entire footprint of the II MEF site and within the limits of construction marking and thus, in return sodding areas outside of the footprint of where roads, parking lots and the parade deck are located? Or are only the limits of the project site necessary to accommodate the Site Key Note Features
The contractor is responsible for clearing and grubbing the entire footprint of the II MEF site, within the limits of construction, and sodding areas outside of the footprint of buildings, roadways, and parking areas. The parade ground is to receive ground cover.

188 Amendment 7 RFI response
In reference to Amendment 7, PPI 66;
please provided an estimated tonnage or number of containers of FFE and other interior haul-off waste to be removed from the Hospital Point Buildings. With over 400,000 SF of building area there is too much uncertainty in terms of waste to be removed. Further without a site walk we are unable to even gauge the amount of demo to be removed from these buildings.
Thus, to get everyone on a level playing field as response such as assume (20) 40-yard dumpsters for interior waste for Building #...
would be very helpful.

Existing sign will not be repurposed or rebuilt under this project scope.
191 General C.2.1 C.2.1 lists keynote 13 as Electrical Connection Point, however, is any other work to take place at Building 353 as it is shown within the LODs of this project.
No.

General C.2.1 Are the basketball courts or other physical fitness features at the Building 2 site to be repurposed or rebuilt elsewhere? These features currently reside inside of the Building 2 LODs which will need to be demolished for new parking and stormwater measures.
If required to replace, please detail what is to be rebuilt, the components of these and where?
Basketball courts and other physical fitness features adjacent to Building 2 are to be demolished and not reconstructed, 193 Part 3, G204005, 2nd MLG, Page 854-855, ESR G20 (Pg. 6-7)
