Solicitation Q: Section L-3 Submission of Proposals, Place of Delivery General Question Will information further to the mailing address, such as building number, area sketch, floor etc. be provided to assist in hand delivery?
A: **Note – Commercial curriers such as (FedEx/UPS) perform regular deliveries to/from Naval Station Norfolk, and have access to the required delivery address. Should offerors choose to utilize the hand delivery method, it is responsible for ensuring access onto Naval Station Norfolk and coordinating hand delivery with Ms. Michelle Knox. MSC is not responsible for, and does not have control over personnel access to Naval Station Norfolk, rather this is controlled by base access security.

A: Offerors are required to provide all items as required by Section L, regardless if those documents had been submitted to the Government under previous solicitations.
