About this file

The provided document is a set of landscape and irrigation design plans for the 17th Street T-Ball and Baseball Field Improvements project for the City of St. Cloud, Florida. The comprehensive plan set includes detailed site layouts, planting schedules, irrigation system designs, and pump station specifications for a multi-field baseball and t-ball complex. The project involves constructing three baseball/t-ball fields, with associated landscaping, irrigation systems, and supporting infrastructure. The City of St. Cloud is seeking bids for this project, with electronic submissions due by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, through the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform.

The design plans, prepared by Osceola Engineering, provide intricate details for the project, including specific landscape notes, irrigation requirements, and technical specifications. The plans outline precise requirements for plant materials, soil preparation, irrigation systems, and installation methods. A booster pump station is specified to support the irrigation system, with detailed technical drawings and equipment specifications. The project appears to be fully designed and ready for construction, with 100% design documents covering multiple aspects of the baseball field improvements, including landscape, irrigation, and supporting infrastructure.
