Moffett Field contains approximately 5 million square feet of floor space including (primarily) Office space, Technical/Laboratory space, and Mechanical/Storage spaces.
The contract is comprised of Core Operations and Maintenance Requirements and an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Technical component. This contract is intended to provide for continued operation of all ARC Buildings and Shared Systems as well as the Preventative Maintenance of these buildings & systems. In addition, this contract will provide for the Reactive Maintenance of Buildings and Systems along with the operation of the Center’s Customer Service Center (or Trouble Desk as per J1.01 PWS Section 8.01.d.i).
