About this file
This document is a comprehensive Excel-based pricing template for the NASA Ames Research Center Facilities Support Services II (AFSS II) solicitation. The template provides detailed instructions for offerors to complete pricing information across multiple tabs, including Phase-In, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Reactive Maintenance, Specialty Support Services, and IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) ordering periods. Offerors must populate green-highlighted cells with proposed labor rates, labor categories, and other pricing details, using specific salary sources and staffing options for each labor category.
The pricing template covers a 5-year contract period with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, plus an option to extend services. The total evaluated price is $5,996,046, with significant portions allocated to O&M ($4,825,116) and Reactive Maintenance ($1,170,930). The solicitation is an 8(a) set-aside competition with a NAICS code of 561210 and a small business size standard of $47M. The contract will be a hybrid model with Cost-Plus Award Fee (CPAF) core requirements and an IDIQ component capable of issuing both CPAF and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders.
