About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division (WD No. 2015-4281, Revision 34, effective 07/08/2025). The wage determination applies to service contracts performed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, including specific counties in Maryland and Virginia counties (Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fauquier, Loudoun, Manassas, Manassas Park, Prince William, and Stafford).
The determination establishes prevailing wage rates for 99 occupational classifications across administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health, information technology, instructional, laundry, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and systems operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, and transportation occupations. Wage rates range from $15.47 per hour for furniture handlers to $60.66 per hour for maintenance test pilots and air crew training device instructors. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits including $5.55 per hour health and welfare ($222.00 weekly or $962.00 monthly), two weeks paid vacation after one year, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after fifteen years of service, plus a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Additional requirements include an 8 percent hazard pay differential for high-risk ordnance work and 4 percent differential for low-risk ordnance work. Contractors must furnish uniforms at no cost to employees or reimburse actual cleaning costs at $3.35 per week. Computer professionals meeting specific compensation thresholds, air traffic controllers, and weather observers have specialized pay provisions documented in footnotes. Executive Order 14026 ($17.75 minimum) and Executive Order 13658 ($13.30 minimum) wage rates apply depending on contract award dates.
