16. REMARKS

Blk 4: Contractor format is encouraged. Specifications should be presented in a format that facilitates interpretation.

Blk 9: The software requirements specification shall be marked IAW DoDD 5230.24 and AFI 61-204 with the following distribution statement: “DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D. Distribution authorized to DoD and U.S. DoD contractors only, 2Aug11; Critical Technology. Other requests for this document shall be referred to the Air Force Research Laboratory/ RVK, RISE Contracting Officer Representative (COR), 3550 Aberdeen Ave SE, Kirtland AFB, NM 87117-5776.” EXPORT CONTROL WARNING: All technical data shall be marked as follows: “WARNING — This document contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C. Sec. 2751, et seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50, U.S.C. App 2401 et seq. Violations of these export laws are subject to severe criminal penalties. Disseminate in accordance with provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25.”

Blk 10-13: Format and frequency as agreed to between Government and contractor.

Final Software Requirements Specification will be submitted when requirement spefications are completed. The task order manager may direct preparation of interim requirements specifications as might be in the government's interest. Final and interim submissions no more than 60 calendar days after the draft is returned from the Government.Contractor format is acceptable. Submission via unencrypted or unsecure email is not permitted.
