About this file
This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines reporting requirements for the Research and Development Integrated Space Experiments (RISE) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Task orders over $20 million issued under the RISE contract will require the submission of cost data summary reports using DD Form 1921. Initial reports are due within 17 working days of the first full month after task order award. Interim reports are due 60 days after the last day of the 12th month following task order award or the last day of the third month after definitization, whichever is later. A final report is required 60 days after 95% of total task order costs have been incurred. Distribution of the reports will be specified in individual task orders in accordance with DoD Directive 5230.24 and Export Control regulations.
The related federal contract opportunity notice announces an Industry Day on August 18, 2017 to provide information on the upcoming RISE acquisition and receive feedback on draft requirements documents. Questions about the draft documents are due by August 23, 2017. The RISE contract will be issued by the Air Force Research Laboratory Space Vehicles Directorate to support research and development integrated space experiments. Citizenship requirements and security protocols are indicated for attendance at the Industry Day event.
