About this file

This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and details of a related federal contract opportunity notice for the Research and Development Integrated Space Experiments (RISE) program.

The CDRL outlines requirements for a System Safety Hazard Analysis Report to be delivered under task orders issued against the RISE IDIQ contract. It specifies the report is due within 15 days of task order award and requires distribution statements marking the documents as containing critical technology.

The related federal contract opportunity notice announces an Industry Day on August 18, 2017 to provide information on the upcoming RISE acquisition. It directs interested parties to submit visit requests and base pass forms by August 4 in order to attend the event, which will include a briefing and facility tour. The notice states the purpose is to enhance awareness, stimulate competition, and facilitate teaming for the RISE program requirements. It advises the documents attached are draft only and not a solicitation. The Air Force Research Laboratory will issue the RISE request for proposal at a later date.
