About this file
This notice provides information for an Industry Day event regarding a federal contract opportunity called Research and Development Integrated Space Experiments (RISE). The Air Force Research Laboratory Space Vehicles Directorate will host the Industry Day on August 18, 2017 at Kirtland Air Force Base to brief interested parties on the RISE acquisition and allow time for questions on the draft requirements documents. Attendees will be given a tour of the facility that is integral to RISE. The Industry Day will offer opportunities for potential offerors to communicate directly with presenters during the tour. Interested parties must submit a Visit Request form and Kirtland AFB Visitor Pass Request form by August 4 and attendance is limited to two people per company. The Industry Day announcement provides information for planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation. It is not required for proposal submission should a Request for Proposal be released for this opportunity.
