SUBJECT: Request for Proposal (RFP) Force Protection Site Security System Solutions
(FPS4), Solicitation Number FA8730-19-R-0005 0003
1. The purpose of this letter is to provide potential Offerors with Amendment 0003 to the FPS4 Solicitation FA8730-19-R-0005. Award will be based on a proposal that conforms to the solicitation, as amended, and on an assessment of the evaluation criteria described in the Evaluation Factors for Award (Section M) of the RFP.
2. Amendment 0003 makes changes to the RFP solicitation package in the following sections of the Model Contract, Exhibits and Attachments of the RFP: Model Contract, Section I and Section J (Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment 6 – OCONUS Location Specific Terms and Conditions, Attachment 7 – Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 8 – Section L, Attachment 9 – Section M and Drawings Package.
3. Offerors are advised to submit proposals in accordance with Section L, Instructions for Proposal Preparation. This solicitation amendment extends the proposal submission date.
Accordingly, your entire proposal is now due no later than 1400 EST on 12 September 2019 in accordance with FAR 15.208. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of their proposal.
4. Offerors are advised to acknowledge recipe of any and all amendments to the subject solicitation by completing Block 14 on the RFP Standard Form 33 cover page with their proposal submission.
5. Substantive questions pertaining to the revisions in this amendment and/or process questions will be accepted until 21 August 2019.
6. All questions regarding Amendment 0003, or the acquisition which it describes, are to be directed exclusively to Ms. Ashley Martin, contracting specialist, at ashley.martin.17@us.af.mil or Ms. Tanya Bigelow at tanya.bigelow@us.af.mil.
