MEMORANDUM FOR INDUSTRY

SUBJECT: Request for Proposal (RFP) Force Protection Site Security System
Solutions (FPS4), Solicitation Number FA8730-19-R-0005 0004
1. The purpose of this letter is to provide potential Offerors with Administrative Amendment 0004 to the FPS4 Solicitation FA8730-19-R-0005. Award will be based on a proposal that conforms to the solicitation, as amended, and on an assessment of the evaluation criteria described in the Evaluation Factors for Award (Section M) of the RFP.
2. Amendment 0004 makes administrative changes to the RFP solicitation package in the following sections:
- Section J, Attachment 7, PWS, Paragraph 3.2.4 - Language is updated to clarify awkward sentence structure.
- Attachment 8, Section L, Paragraph 3.2 - Typographical error is corrected from room number 101 to 100.
- Attachment 8, Section L, Paragraph 3.2 Typographical error is corrected from table number 2.2 to 6.
- Drawings Package - Typographical error is corrected in port labeling (Network
Configuration SW-A3-500 G1/0/05 from WUG-M to VMS)
3. Offerors are advised to submit proposals in accordance with Section L, Instructions for Proposal Preparation. The response date remains unchanged. Accordingly, your entire proposal is due no later than 1400 EST on 12 September 2019 in accordance with FAR 15.208. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify receipt of their proposal.
4. Offerors are advised to acknowledge receipt of any and all amendments to the subject solicitation by completing Block 14 on the RFP Standard Form 33 cover page with their proposal submission.
5. The Government does not anticipate taking questions on these administrative changes.
