2. T&M Summary
| T&M Summary |
| Tab 2. T&M Summary, cell B2: In accordance with DFARS 252.216-7002, please breakout separate rates for each category of labor to be performed by each subcontractor and for each category of labor to be performed by the offeror, and for each category of labor to be transferred between divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the offeror under a common control. The below table may be modified by the offeror to establish multiple subcontractor or interdivisional rates as necessary to comply with the DFARS provision. The Government Provided hours for each labor category for each year is 30 hours. The offeror shall then equally distribute the 30 hours between each separately price labor rate such that the total labor hours for that labor category and year equals 30 hours. |

11. Bill of Material Bill of Material (BOM)
For the cost type CLINs, insert spreadsheets that lists the material to be provided by either the prime, an interdivisional transfer, or a subcontractor. All material items with an extended amount greater than $5,000 shall be identified to include the item's nomenclature, supplier, supplier's part number, quantity, unit price, any escalation amount if applicable, any factored amount if applicable, and the resulting extended amount. Each line item, shall identify the applicable source (i.e. prime, division, or subcontractor), applicable CLIN, resource code, WBS, and the basis of estimate in order to enable a cross-referencing between the detailed cost element spreadsheets and the cost volume. Price Track Tab: This worksheet tab is to be used to summarize the impact of changes (e.g., revised labor hours or direct and/or indirect rates, escalation factors, subcontract prices, changes in technical approach, etc.) made to your proposal in developing your Final Proposal Revision. Dollars in this format may be shown in thousands. Any changes in the Offeror’s proposal from initial to final should be reflected through profit/fee. As an example, the amount that could be shown for a change in the effort could reflect the change in Direct Labor dollars, and also include any burdens (Fringe, Overhead, G&A, Facilities Capital Cost of Money, and Profit/Fee). The headings on the “Changes” column are for illustrative purposes only.
