May 22, 2025 There is a new CLIN Structure document with changes to the period of performance, changing from July to June. In addition clause 52.212-3 has been added.
Q: Is this a brand-new contract or is there an incumbent contractor performing these services? If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
A: Yes, there is an incumbent contract. The current contract number is FA8224-20-D-0003.
Q: Is the contract start date July 18, 2026, or 2025, given that the incumbent contract is set to expire this year?
A: The start date will be June 18th, 2026. We decided to place one more year of task orders with the current contract to give more time to this procurement as the window was getting too tight to award for 2025.
Q: When my proposal is ready can I submit it through encrypted email?
A: All proposals will be received through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Emailed proposals will not be accepted.
Q: The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document indicated that all clauses were included in the solicitation package. However, the following clauses were not attached.
· Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services
· Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services
· Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Products and Commercial Services Request that the government provide these documents.
A: Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.215-5 were included in the CLIN Structure document that was provided. Clause 52.212-3 was missing and has now been added into the amended CLIN Structure document.
