About this file
This document is a solicitation for air damage repair materials. The solicitation seeks proposals for items listed in appendices A through CCC to support repair of aircraft damaged in combat zones or during training accidents. Offerors must propose pricing for items on the attached price sheet in order to be considered for award. The solicitation will result in an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with a minimum guarantee of $400,000 to $500,000 and a maximum order value of $10,000,000 over five years. Proposals are due by May 17, 2021 and must not exceed page limits for technical, price, and past performance sections. The Air Force Materiel Command Installation Contracting Agency will evaluate proposals and make award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror with a past performance rating of acceptable.
