| 5 | SOW Section 2 | Per Section 2.2, Task Order Pricing, the value of all Non Pre-Priced Tasks are direct cost only and co-efficient is not included in calculation. This is believed to be a significant error, as co-efficient cost should be applied to all costs. It is understood that applicable cost factors related to RS means would not apply since costs direct from suppliers is considered for Non Pre-Priced items; however, coefficient should apply to all items included in a Task Order Proposal. Please confirm the correct calculation method for Non Pre-Priced items? | Non-priced taks will be priced in the same manner as priced tasks. Adherance to Exhibit A Pricing schedule will allow conformance to the soliciation requirements. |
