About this file
This document contains a price schedule and instructions for a federal contract solicitation for systems engineering and technical assistance services on Okinawa, Japan. The price schedule outlines five pricing coefficients contractors must propose for on-site and off-site regular and non-regular hours project execution, as well as non-prepriced items. Instructions provide that coefficients must increase costs over unit prices and apply to the total evaluated price based on estimated project distributions of 60% for on-site regular hours, 15% for on-site non-regular hours, 10% for off-site regular hours, 5% for off-site non-regular hours, and 10% for non-prepriced items. The related solicitation is for the Okinawa SABER contract through the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with both fixed price and cost reimbursement task orders.
