SUBJECT: Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV, FA4890-10-R-0001.
1. Please see the below response to an additional question from Industry:
Question In line 3 of the table in RFP paragraph L-8.1, the Government establishes a length limitation on PPI sheets. Line 3 states “Content of Program Details Tab is limited to five (5) pages.” When PPI reports are printed, two Tab 2 information fields, “Brief Description of Effort” and “Explain how your experience on this program is relevant…,” are bisected by two Tab 1 fields, “Contract Dollar Value” and “Period of Performance.” What criteria will the Government use to determine compliance with the five page limit for the Program Details Tab and how will the Government treat text in excess of the five page limit?
Suggestion: Limit “Relevancy” section of Tab 2 to five printed pages.
Answer Our intent is for offerors to provide brief and concise information to streamline the evaluation process as much as possible and we don’t want you to provide more information than is necessary. We request that you adhere to the five (5) page limit.
