MEMORANDUM FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS
FROM: ACC AMIC/DRA
| 11817 Canon Blvd, Suite 306 |

SUBJECT: Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) IV, FA4890-10-R-0001.
1. Please see the below response to an additional question from Industry:
Question In order to be compliant with the solicitation, Section L-5.3.2 states “Offerors shall NOT submit any document in PDF that are copied as images.” Our concern is that many sections of the proposal require documents from auditors, other Government agencies, and third parties that are in hard copy and can only be provided as images (i.e., DCAA audit reports, eSRS, consent letters, etc.). To ensure that these documents can be labeled with proper source selection identification, page numbering, etc., request the Government consider allowing these items to be included as images in our proposal files (similar to the SF33).
Answer To ensure that these documents can be labeled with proper source selection identification, page numbering, etc., you can include those items as images in your proposal files (similar to the SF33). This answer relates to the Questions/Answers posted on 1 Dec 10, relating to the SF33 being submitted as an image.
2. This includes all questions received to date.
3. Please send all inquiries to CAASIVProgramOffice@langley.af.mil. We appreciate the feedback we’ve received to date and remind Offerors that all correspondence shall be in writing, with email as the preferred method.
