SUBJECT: Industry Day General Information
1. One-on-one meetings. Contractors may request one-on-one meetings with 30 CONS and Program Manager, which will be held on 17 August 2021. See the attached agenda for more information.
Time slots will be at 20 minute increments, with a 10 minute break in between. Respond via email to Darlyne Thompson at darlyne.thompson@spaceforce.mil to request your preferred time slot.
Slots are first-come-first-choice.
One-on-one sessions are not meant to be for “sales pitches”. These meetings are intended for specific questions pertaining to the RFP or attachments, or the RFP process.
Any questions posed during the Industry Day must be submitted in writing to the contacts below, and will be answered in a formal document and posted to SAM.gov. The formal document takes precedence over any discussions held on Industry Day or during one-on-one sessions.

2. Access to Vandenberg SFB. Contractor shall submit in writing the names of contractor personnel attending Industry Day, with a limit of two (2) persons per company.
The name submitted for attendance must match the name on the ID presented at the Vandenberg SFB Visitor Control Center.
3. Vandenberg SFB Visitor Control Center Requirements. In order to receive a pass individuals will need the following information:
a. Driver’s License/State Identification
b. Valid vehicle registration or rental agreement
c. Proof of insurance
d. Visitors will be required to complete a COVID medical questionnaire before receiving installation access.
