LOSC RECOMPETE INDUSTRY DAY AGENDA
DAY 1 - 16 August 21
0800-0845 – Check-in at Visitors Center located just outside the Santa Maria Gate. Upon receipt of base pass contractors will proceed to Building 7025 (see attached map).
0900 – 1030 – Building 7025, WROCC Theater: PM/30 CONS provides overview briefing of the LOSC re-compete contract. Note: 2 forms of picture ID are required for access into 7025. Personnel will be required to sign-in at the security forces guard shack located in the 7025 parking lot. Once signed-in contractors will be escorted to the WROCC Theater. Electronic devices are prohibited within the 7025 complex (cell phones, laptops, smart watches, etc...)
1030 – 1130 – Site Visit of B7025/B7000. (Walk Down) 1130 – 1230 – Scheduled lunch at Breakers; a bus will be used to transport those interested to and from lunch.
1230 – 1400 – Site Visit of SLC-8 and the South Vandenberg Power Plant. Transportation will be provided for site visits.
1400 – Industry Day complete DAY 2 – 17 Aug 21 0900 – 1600 B8500 Rm 210 – One-on-One 20 min discussions with interested vendors.
Base access: Contractors will be required to provide 2 forms of ID, proof of car insurance, and vehicle registration in order to obtain a base pass at visitor’s center.
Directions to building 7025: Proceed through the Santa Maria Gate; continue down California Blvd for approximately 1 mile; take a right on 10th street and proceed to the parking lot. There will be a sign in front of building 7025.
Directions to building 8500: Proceed through the Santa Maria gate; continue down California Blvd; at the first stop light take a left on Utah Ave; proceed on Utah Ave for approximately 1 mile; take a left on 6th street which will turn into Iceland Ave; proceed for approximately ½ mile and 8500 will be on your left hand side. 1515 Iceland Ave, room 210.
COVID-19: Per Delta Commander memo all personnel vaccinated or not vaccinated are REQUIRED to wear a mask.
