INDUSTRY DAY FOR INITIAL FLIGHT TRAINING
PURPOSE
The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA), 338th Specialized Contracting Squadron (SCONS) will host an Industry Day on 11 February 2015 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (CST) to provide interested parties with additional information and solicit feedback on the Initial Flight Training requirement. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The information requested by this special notice will be used for informational and planning purposes. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government.
SPECIFICS
Industry Day will be held at 338th SCONS, 2021 First Street West Building 854, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, TX 78150, in the Stillman Conference Room located on the first floor. Registration is required for attendance. To register, please email the information requested in items (1-6) below to 1st Lt Brooke Pettine at brooke.pettine.1@us.af.mil and Kevin Grant at kevin.grant.10@us.af.mil . Individual breakout sessions will be available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Interested attendees may pre-register for individual sessions by including a statement of interest in the required registration email. Each appointment will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis in increments of 20 minutes. The government will e-mail back a session time if available. At no point during Industry Day will proprietary information be discussed. Limit the number of attendees to three (3) per company. Companies interested in attending the Industry Day MUST respond to this Special Notice, no other notice will be posted.
For the purposes of this special notice, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611512, Flight Training.
DEADLINES
Industry Day registrations will be accepted until 4 February 2015 at 4:00 pm (CST).
All questions regarding this post must be submitted to brooke.pettine.1@us.af.mil and kevin.grant.10@us.af.mil by 4:00 (CST) 28 January 2015. All questions and answers will be posted.
