The "8 Apr 13" date has passed. Will this date be revised?

PWS reference indicates training in Forks WA but Appendix 3B does not include this requirement.
Should the offeror include costs for deployment to
Forks WA, and if so, what is the deployment frequency, duration and number of people required?
The offeror should not include deployment cost for any deployments. The travel cost will paid under cost rembursable CLIN X0003, Travel Costs.

Appendix 3B, para 11
Paras 3.1.3.1.4 and 3.1.4.5 indicate deployment of aircraft approximately 6 days per week to TCP, while Appendix
3B indicates duration is 5 days per week.
For accurate staffing and costing purposes, please clarify the duration of the weekly deployment to
TCP.
The normal TSP deployment duration is six days, leave Sunday with a Friday return. The Government will correct this PWS inconsistancy.

Appendix 3B, para 11
PWS reference indicates deployment requirements of 50 weeks per year to TCP, while Appendix 3B shows 52 weeks per year.
Should the offeror include costs for 50 or 52 scheduled deployments to TCP?
Cusisk deployment is approximately 50 weeks per year. The Government will correct this PWS inconsistancy.

2D
Appendix 2E Both references are entitled "Required Reports". Is there a reason the USG separated required reports into two appendices, and if so, what significance are SPs to extract from it?
The Government will consolidate required reports into one Appendix and this change will be reflected in the PWS.

Volume II Past Performance Information due 25 April 13 Would the government consider extending the due date for the Past Performance Volume to coincide with the Technical & Price Volumes?
Amendment was posted on 24 Apr 13 changing the
Vol II submission date to 10 May 13.
7 L.3.2.3 N/A N/A L.3.2.3. Past Performance Information Sheets. Each offeror shall complete and submit, as part of their proposal, a Past
Performance Information Sheet in accordance with the format contained in Attachment 7, on no more than four
(4) contracts total (including proposed major subcontractors, teaming partners, joint venture partners proposed to perform 20% or more of the proposed effort based on the total proposed price, or perform aspects of the effort the offeror considers critical to overall successful performance) that you consider relevant consistent with the criteria in Section M in demonstrating your ability to perform the proposed effort.
Would the Government please clarify, when asking for the PPI information in the format containted in Attachment 7, are you suggesting we populate the attachment and insert into our response, or are we able to organize the information into our own space efficient table/format for submission?
In reference to L.3.2.3., the provided PPI (atch 7) shall be completed and submitted as part of the proposal. In addition to the PPI, the offeror may submit additional information (letters, metrics, customer surveys, independent surveys, etc), which is limited to 5 pages.
