SOW/Technical Specification/Drawings paragraph/page CLN 03
Other (Specify)
Question: If CLN 03 is not accepted is the PEMB structure designed to support the ceilings, duct system, lights, and sprinkler system?
Atch 6
Answer: If CLIN 03 not accepted, those items shown to be supported by that mezzanine floor will be required to be supported by the remaining ceiling requirement for those spaces. The shop drawing for that ceiling will need to demonstrate ability to bear those loads.
Question 4
IFB Section 13 34 19 Paragraph
SOW/Technical Specification/Drawings paragraph/page
Other (Specify)
Question: Is the existing PEMB designed to support the fire sprinkler system in the warehouse area?
Answer: There are two sprinkler systems. 1) One is suspended from the roof of the PEMB. The roof purlins of PEMB can sufficiently carry the fire sprinkler loads. 2) The second is only for the enclosed office areas. The mezzanine can sufficiently carry the loads.
