About this file
This document contains a staffing matrix and labor category descriptions for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of the Air Force Space Command. The staffing matrix template requires offerors to include all proposed labor categories and positions, the associated PWS paragraphs and requirements each would perform, whether performed by the prime contractor or subcontractor, and the estimated hours and FTEs required for the base period and each option year by site. The labor category descriptions provide samples of how to format descriptions for each proposed position, including relevant experience, education, certifications, security clearance, and responsibilities as they relate to GEODSS performance requirements. Offerors are instructed to ensure labor category numbers and requirements match across proposal documents.
