About this file
This document is an attachment (G.O) for the Ellington Air Force Base (AFB) in Houston, Texas, dated 21 May 2024, detailing requirements for starting of systems, demonstration, instructions, and testing for a construction or renovation project. The attachment outlines comprehensive procedures for system start-up, including coordinating schedules, notifying the Project Manager seven days prior to start-up, verifying equipment conditions, executing start-ups under contractor supervision, and demonstrating equipment operation to Owner's personnel.
