About this file
This is a Disqualification Disclosure document related to the City of Pasadena's Construction Management for Holly Street Bridge Seismic Retrofit & Rehabilitation Project, a federally funded initiative administered through the California Department of Transportation's Highway Bridge Program. The project requires a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive construction management services, including on-site inspection and construction materials testing. The consultant will oversee all construction activities and support day-to-day City staff operations throughout the project duration.
The document establishes disqualification criteria and disclosure requirements for potential bidders and consultants competing for this contract opportunity. Bidders must comply with federal requirements mandated through the Highway Bridge Program funding mechanism and must disclose any conflicts of interest, prior performance issues, or other factors that could compromise their ability to execute the work impartially and effectively. These disclosure and disqualification provisions ensure that only qualified, unencumbered firms are selected to manage this seismic retrofit and rehabilitation project.
