About this file

This is a Disclosure of Lobbying Activities Form SF-LLL issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in conjunction with a state and local contract opportunity for Student Nutrition Services with Hillsborough County Public Schools in Florida. The form is a standard federal disclosure document required under 31 U.S.C. 1352 for entities engaging in lobbying activities related to covered federal actions, including contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and loans. The form itself is a blank template containing fields for reporting entities to disclose lobbying registrants and individuals performing lobbying services, along with the type and status of federal action involved, though no specific contract details, quantities, timelines, or award information are populated in this particular document.

The form serves as a material representation of fact required at the initiation or receipt of a covered federal action or upon any material change to previous filings. Entities must complete the disclosure to report any payments or agreements to make payments to lobbying entities for influencing federal officers, members of Congress, or congressional employees in connection with the covered federal action. Failure to file the required disclosure subjects violators to civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure. The document carries an OMB Control Number 0348-0046 and is authorized for local reproduction, with an estimated public reporting burden of 10 minutes per response.
