About this file
This document provides instructions for electronic proposal submission for the solicitation to perform BF SISK Safety of Dams (SOD) Modifications, Phase I. Proposers must use the Kiteworks cloud solution to securely upload proposal documents by the deadline. To obtain access to Kiteworks, proposers should email specific Bureau of Reclamation contacts to request a link. The link will be active for seven days, so proposers are advised to request access with sufficient time to upload large proposal files before the due date. After completing the upload, proposers must confirm receipt with the Reclamation contacts. The related solicitation is for Phase I of modifications to address issues with select foundation materials at BF SISK Dam that could destabilize the embankment. The work includes construction of shear keys, stability berms and spillway modifications to maintain water supplies and safety in the event of seismic activity. The soliciting agency is the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation.
