About this file
This document is a comprehensive set of technical specifications and contract documents for a VA Medical Center project in Fargo, North Dakota involving site preparation and renovation for a Mobile Sterile Processing (SPS) Equipment installation. The project requires the General Contractor to perform extensive site and building modifications, including demolition of exterior site elements like retaining walls and sidewalks, preparing a concrete pad for a mobile trailer, constructing a wood-framed weatherproof enclosure, and extending mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and technology systems to the mobile trailer.
