About this file

This is an FAA Security Console Desk Log, which is an appendix (Attachment 20) to SIR No. 69M215-25-R-00012 dated 15 June 2026. The document is not a solicitation or contract vehicle but rather a template or example document showing security operations records.

The log documents security activities at an FAA facility for Tuesday, 11/03/202, covering the period from 08/00/01 to 11/25/20 (00:00 to 07:46). It records routine security operations including zone checks, building inspections, perimeter checks, fire watches, access control activities, and alarm system maintenance. Notable entries include security personnel reporting all zones and buildings secure throughout the day, barrier openings for approved hunters accessing FAA property, access granted for building integrity inspections and disinfecting crews, fire alarm system testing and repairs at multiple buildings (301, 305, 211), card reader troubleshooting at Building 316, and a burglary alarm response at Building 300. The log tracks shift changes, supervisor inspections of incoming security personnel, and routine maintenance activities performed by Fire Prevention staff. This document serves as an operational record of daily security console activities rather than a contract requirements document.
