About this file

The document is a detailed set of programming instructions for configuring a Veeder Root W3 LF 450PLUS system, specifically for a fuel monitoring installation at Minot Air Force Base. The instructions provide step-by-step guidance for system setup, including configuring system language, date and time settings, device configurations, tank parameters, and user administration. Key configuration steps include setting up a single diesel tank (TK-101), configuring probes, sump and interstitial sensors, relays, and establishing various system parameters such as tank volumes, test methods, and alarm settings.

The programming instructions cover comprehensive system initialization, including disabling various features like NPT, email relays, and web access, and setting up a user account with administrator privileges. Specific technical configurations include setting tank profile to four points, configuring leak test parameters, establishing tank limits (such as high/low product levels and water alarms), and defining relay behaviors for different alarm conditions. The document appears to be part of a specific Air Force contract for upgrading fuel monitoring systems across multiple missile alert and launch facilities, with precise technical specifications for system implementation.
