About this file
This is an attachment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services issued by the Arizona Department of Administration State Procurement Office, solicitation number BPM005633. The document specifies requirements for offerors regarding insurance documentation as part of their proposal submission. Offerors must submit a Letter of Insurability from their insurance company demonstrating current possession of required insurance coverage as outlined in Section 6.2 of the Special Terms and Conditions, or evidence of their ability to obtain the Minimum Scope and Limits of Insurance if a contract is awarded. The Letter of Insurability should be clearly marked as "Attachment - Supplement Insurance" in the proposal package.
Upon contract award, contractors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (such as ACORD forms) and associated policy endorsements electronically before commencing any services or work under the contract. Additionally, contractors must provide updated Certificates of Insurance electronically on an ongoing basis to ensure the State maintains current insurance documentation as mandated by the contract terms. This requirement ensures compliance with the State's risk management standards throughout the contract period.
