About this file
This is a pricing matrix for a base operations support services solicitation issued by the Department of the Air Force Headquarters District Washington. The solicitation seeks pricing for facility management, custodial, pest control, grounds maintenance, and pavement clearance services to support Marine Helicopter Squadron One and the Defense Information Systems Agency. Offerors must provide unit pricing on recurring and non-recurring line items across multiple ordering periods from July 2024 through February 2030. Pricing is requested for services such as service order response, preventive maintenance, integrated pest management, tree trimming, debris removal, and snow plowing. The total evaluated price will be determined by evaluating all CLINs over the five year ordering periods and potential six month extension.
