About this file
This document outlines four Contractor Operational Levels of Service (COLS) for snow removal. COLS 1 requires the highest levels of performance, including maintaining 95% vehicle readiness, clearing all priority areas within 72 hours, and ensuring sweepers are mission capable 85% of the time. COLS 2 and 3 specify progressively lower performance levels for factors such as vehicle readiness, product stockpiles, and priority area clearance times. COLS 4 establishes the lowest standards at 85% vehicle readiness and clearing priority areas within 108 hours on average. The related federal contract opportunity is for base operations support at Marine Helicopter Squadron One and the Defense Information System Agency, to be awarded under Solicitation FA7060-23-R-0010 by the Department of the Air Force Headquarters District Washington.
