About this file
This is a utility clearance letter issued by WOW! (Wide Open West), a broadband service provider, to Element Engineering Group, LLC regarding the Ridgemoor Boulevard and Brooker Creek Bridge Replacement Project in Pinellas County, Florida. The project (PID 445437-1-22-01) involves replacing the existing 120-foot flatlab bridge with a 135-foot structure along with associated roadway and drainage improvements. This federally funded Local Agency Program (LAP) project is administered through the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The clearance letter, dated August 2, 2024, was issued in response to Phase II Plans dated June 27, 2024 provided by FDOT.
WOW! has confirmed that it has no facilities within the project limits, clearing the utility coordination process for the bridge replacement work. This clearance determination was made by Dave Hamlin, Construction Project Coordinator for WOW!, indicating that no utility relocation or protection measures related to WOW!'s broadband infrastructure are required for this project.
