16. REMARKS
A Foreign Sources of Supply Notice may be required. This notice must accompany the Provisioning Parts List (PPL) (CDRL A0XX), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) (CDRL A0XX), and Provisioning Pre-Procurement Screening (PPS) (CDRL A0XX) it supports.
If this document is missing from the submission and it is required, it will render those submissions incomplete and non-acceptable. Such submittals will remain in a non-acceptable status until all approved supporting documentation is provided.
BLK 8: The data item is critical and requires advance written approval by the procuring agency before the contractor can proceed. Deliverable will be reviewed for technical content and/or format. Please refer to blocks 10-13 for review time procedures.
BLK 12: Submittals are due 45 calendar days prior to each Provisioning Conference. The Government will review the foreign sources and validate the letters presented. If the foreign company is unavailable or does not certify the information provided within the letter, the Government will direct the contractor to find an alternate source.
BLKs 10 and 13: Corrections from the Provisioning Conference must be submitted 14 calendar days after the completion of each conference. The final notices package shall be included with the final EDFP submission (CDRL A0XX).
BLK 14: This CDRL shall be submitted electronically, via AMRDEC Safe, to the POCs in BLK 14.*
