About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the Type I Family of All Terrain Crane contract opportunity. The CDRL requires the submission of an Indentured Bill of Materials (IBOM) document that provides the product structure of the Type I FOATC in an indentured format down to the lowest component part. The IBOM must include part and document numbers, CAGE codes, titles, latest released revisions, quantities, units of measure, change numbers, and change statuses. Additional fields may be included if thoroughly explained. The contractor must deliver an initial IBOM upon completion of government first article testing, with the government providing comments within 30 days and the contractor updating the IBOM within 15 days of receiving comments. An updated IBOM must also be submitted after establishing the final product baseline, following the same review and update process. All subsequent changes will be submitted according to the contract. The IBOM and any updates must be distributed to the program management office and various Army stakeholders listed in an attachment.
